These Terms of Service govern use of MultiPost Studio. By using the application, you agree to these terms and to the terms, policies, and community guidelines of every platform you connect.
2. Purpose of the application
MultiPost Studio is a Windows desktop utility that helps users prepare, upload, and schedule videos they own or are authorized to publish for supported services through official platform APIs. Features may vary according to account eligibility, API approval, quotas, platform availability, and regional restrictions.
3. Your accounts and authorization
You may connect only accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to manage. You are responsible for keeping your device and account credentials secure, reviewing the destination account before publishing, and revoking access if your device or credentials are compromised.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of your content. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload it, including rights relating to:
- Video, audio, music, images, trademarks, likenesses, and personal information.
- Commercial content, sponsorship, branded-content, and AI-generated-content disclosures.
- Privacy settings, audience selection, and compliance with applicable law and platform rules.
You must not use MultiPost Studio for spam, deceptive behavior, unauthorized automation, infringement, harassment, illegal content, or attempts to bypass platform restrictions.
5. Scheduling and publishing
Scheduled jobs depend on the user's Windows device, network connection, valid authorization, and platform API availability. A scheduled time is not a guarantee that a platform will immediately process or publicly display the content. You are responsible for reviewing publishing results and correcting failed or unintended posts.
6. Third-party services
TikTok, Google, YouTube, Meta, and Facebook are independent third-party services. MultiPost Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies. Their services may change, suspend access, impose quotas, require review, or remove content under their own rules.
7. Availability and changes
The application may be modified, limited, or discontinued. We may update these terms when application behavior, applicable law, or platform requirements change.
8. Disclaimer
MultiPost Studio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that uploads, scheduling, authorization, or third-party APIs will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MultiPost Studio's developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of content, lost revenue, account restrictions, or actions taken by a third-party platform arising from use of the application.
